Bolts of Damasks !! - Guild Wars Forums

Hello

I am having a very hard time trying to find a collector that gives me bolts of Damasks.
Does such a collector exist ? Coz as you know each bolt costs like { 400g }
and thats alot " well for me :P "
So,, I was wondering could any if you nice people help me find cheaper bolts of Damasks !!
